J2 Partners relies heavily on the investment banking community to provide us with investment opportunities. We will enter into buy-side Lehman formula-based agreements with select intermediaries. J2 Partners is also open to compensating intermediaries with whom we are successful with cash or equity in the subject company on a case-by-case basis.
