Investment Criteria

Financial
We invest in companies that have: greater than $25 million in recurring annual revenue OR have greater than $5 million of recurring cash flow (EBITDA). We have no minimum size criteria for add-on acquisitions.

Geographic
We believe that the basis for sound business relationships begins with face-to-face interactions. We restrict our investments to companies with their primary operations located in the Western United States.

Industries
We invest in manufacturing, distribution and business services companies, that are market leaders or have the potential to be market leaders in a well-defined industry niche. We do not invest in biotechnology, public transportation, real estate development, retail, or non-proprietary consumer goods.
